Lorena, Rosie and I got back to LAX at 11:30. Lorena had parked near by so she had to take a shuttle there. Rosie and I had taken the Flyaway so I gave her a ride home once I picked up my car at Union Station. My alarm at 5 AM came on way to early!
Shower & coffee were not doing their thing of keeping me awake
But I got in to work with window and Sunroof open to keep me awake. It is all worth it though! I had a great time in Seattle!
After the 1-0 no-hitter on Friday the Dodger bats came alive! They score eight runs on Saturday and another eight runs on Sunday for the scores of 8-2 and 8-3. We were fanatically happy with the results!
Congratulations to the Dodgers on an excellent road trip that saw them go 8-2.
Lots and lots of Dodger fans at Safeco Field. I am in this picture from Jon SooHoo.

Meet RJ Breishaer
Breishaer is a United State Army veteran who had a dream to travel to all 30 ballparks. Here is part of what he says in his blog:
“My dream is rather simple. I want to see every major league baseball park in the US and Toronto. I want to drive from park to park experiencing all that the US has to offer. I want to see the country I’ve spent two years of my life defending. I come from a small town on Michigan Ohio border and haven’t really seen too much of the US.”
To read more of his blog and the parks he has already visited go to
Breishaer had posted in Baseball-fever asking in as many team’s forums who wanted to be a “tour guide” in their own city. I checked the date (May 9, 2012), checked his blog, found him on Twitter and told him that if he did not have anyone for Dodger Stadium that I could be his “tour guide” He twitted back “the job is yours”
I am looking forward to meeting RJ Breisacher. His dream is ambitious of visiting all 30 stadiums in 2 months! Breishaer is a huge baseball fan and a Tiger fan. His trip started at Comerica Park on Opening Day and will end there. Last time I checked he was in Arizona. He got a speeding ticket. Should have warn him about AZ as some of you know that I got 4 tickets there during Spring Training a couple of years back.
Here is a picture of Breisacher at Cleveland (from DTTWLN)
update: fixed link. Don’t know why it was not working before.
Spring is in the air! Check out the flowers outside where I work. They are called Magnolia Alexandria.
The Dodgers Caravan will be February 14th to the 15th! This year is full of community work where the fans get to join in!.
My friend Lorena, Erik and I are thrilled that we were able to signed up for both days. February 14th it will be Cleanup our LA river and February 15th, cleanup the Bay (Santa Monica). I can’t wait!
The Dodger current and past players along with Dodger announcers will also visit hospitals and schools as part of giving back to the community. I think getting the fans involved is a great idea. Details here
Dodgers will also be at the Lopez Tonight show in Burbank on Valentines Day but I could not get tickets to that. Can anyone get us at the Warner Bros studios on that day? I used to know someone that used to get me VIP tickets but that person moved out of state.
My friend Lorena and started talking Spring Training games when we met at the Laker game last night. Yeah, Lakers lost to the Spurs but we had a good time.
We along with friend Margie decided on the first two games at Camelback Ranch. The first game is Sunday February 27th against the Angels and Monday against the White Sox. We might get there on Saturday or early Sunday. I can’t wait!
February is looking pretty good! that is Andre Ethier jumping up with Joaquin

I am going to Boston to watch my beloved Dodgers!! Woohoo!
My friend LuvtheDodgers23 (Lore), her niece and I will be in Boston in mid June to cheer our beloved Dodgers! We are doing the DodgerLife event!
Thanks Lore for making the arrangements. I will look into flights tonight!
Hit the Road with the Dodgers in 2010! The package include hotel, exclusive Dodgers brunch, game tickets to all three games, a tour of Fenway Park, and a Dodgers Road Trip Polo Shirt.
I have been to Fenway once when after a business trip in N.H., I stayed in Boston on a Friday night so that I could see Fenway Park. I saw the Tigers that Friday night. I wrote about it here in a too long post. http://crzblue.mlblogs.com/archives/2009/06/my_trip_to_fenway_park_82605_a.html
Funny that when I was in Toronto for a few days taking a class, I happen to catch the Red Sox at Roger Centre. Again, I made the trip by myself to catch me a game.
I can’t wait!
Ok, on to look for flights.
