My last game at Dodger Stadium for 2012

Before I post some pictures from the last game at Dodger Stadium.  I want to post this one from the night before. This is Rachel and Lorena.   Rachel is four years old.

Rachel asked me “What are you doing?”  I showed her my book and she says “Oh!  you are keeping score!”   Smart girl!

For the last game at Dodger Stadium, my friends Rosie, Iilda, Lorena and I splurged and sat in the dugout seats.

The only thing is that we sat behind the visiting dugout but that gave us also a nice view

Taking a picture of a Relay for Life piggy bank with Cochito Cruz in the background.  My boss who is one of the leaders for the Relay for Life in Simi Valley puts one by the cafeteria cashier box so employees can donate their change to the cause.

Dodgers win!

A friend emailed me this picture telling me “those don’t look like Top Deck seats!’

Good night Vin Scully!   We Love you!

:-)

A friend of mine sent me a PM saying “Emma I was worry about you after the Dodgers got eliminated but  not after googleing “Emma Dodger blue”  and saw Crzblue”   LOL.

How do your scorebooks work? One for each year? Now that I have an idea of how many games you’ve been to, I’m just dumbfounded trying to picture how many pages of scores you have. I only did scoring for an abbreviated time with my high school team, and that amounted to a HUGE amount of paper and digital data. I guess this is kind of like the “where do ya keep ‘em all” question we ballhawks constantly get.

lol. I used to make some, then buy books of 24 to 30 scoresheets, then last year I asked SABR members and many recommended me several so now I use one for year. Yep… I have a lot of of those books!
