Interview with John Ely from Dodgers on Demand
Check out this interview of John Ely. It aired on Time Warner Cable Dodgers on Demand segment.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
He only needed 83 pitches to put himself in line for the win. He finally walked a batter after not issuing one over his previous three starts (19.2 innings). I love Ely and have him in my MLBlog fantasy team!

Hi Emma! Looks like Ely is doing well for the Dodgers, and for your fantasy team! Good luck to him, and good luck to you fantasy-wise. I finally have a new post up, with pix from the Phestival on Monday night.

Sue,
. I’ll check the phestival.
ELy is doing great! And I am kicking butts lately in the fantasy league
Wow. He’s adorable. A friend told me he looked like Matthew McConaughy and he does. Glad he’s pitching well for you guys.

Jane,
I too think he is adorable! and I love pitchers that are stingy with the walks.
He looks like he should be in high school but that’s a hell of a 12 to 6 curve ball.

LOL Mike. Yeah, he looks like he should be in high school. I love his enthusiasm. I felt bad for the loss today. The kid deserved a win. He lost 1-0.
I like Ely too. He’s a Chicago guy… born and raised in the ‘burbs I believe. The White Sox liked his potential, but I don’t think they thought he’d develop with the type of control he’s been showing. Good for the Dodgers though. Y’all could use some solid pitching. I’m still not happy your team LOST the game though. Booooooooo. Beat the sCrUBS! Guess we’ll have to do it for ya
Go Cards!

Hey Jeff! Ely pitched another gem and nothing to show for. That was a good pitching dual to watch though. The kid has not given up the long ball yet. I can’t wait for his next start which should be at Dodger Stadium. And your Cardinals will be in town for the next homestand.
.
I know you take extra satisfaction on beating the Cubs.
